The second official guest lecture for the academic year 2021-2022 was conducted by the Department of Management Studies on the 4th of December 2021. The lecture began with Prayer, Bible reading and Prayer song by the I-MBA and II-MBA students. Around 70 students participated in the event.

The event was held at the Seminar Hall at DMI Engineering College premises.The students of the 1st and 2nd year of the Department of Management Studies participated in this wonderful session. It was held between 10.00 a.m to 1.00 p.m.

The guest speaker was Mr. Praveen Kirubhakaran who has trained thousands of young students and managers around the country for years. He is also associated with Loyola College for a brief period as a professor and trainer to their students. He was felicitated by the HOD of the MBA department Mr. M.L. Gnanadasan.

It was a fun and an interactive session. There was also games conducted by the speaker where the students enjoyed and also learned how to overcome their fear.

The topic for the lecture was “How to groom yourself in tandem with the industry expectation?”. The session was enjoyable as well as learnable. The students learned how to groom themselves from the lecture and also started coming out of their shell slowly.
